Graduation 2014
It's an exciting time of year. The end of an ERA, and the start of a new one. A time, almost like the New Year, when one must look back at what they have accomplished, and decide how they will lead the next chapter of their life.
I happily graduated last month and had the privilege of seeing my sister Sarah take the walk and receive her high school diploma. I can now say, I've been lucky enough to be at two of my sibling's graduations. Both times I felt really nostalgic, especially when they played Pomp and Circumstance.
She will be continuing her education at the wonderful institution of Brigham Young University and my Alma Mater. I have full confidence in her and her abilities and I know she will go far.
Next in line is Jacob, in two years he will make all of us proud. Then I can say I've been to all my sibling's graduations.
I was lucky to have had both of my parents attend my graduation, and have them join me and see me receive my Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
This next photo was taken and put into the Deseret News. Thanks to Sister Chavez of the Single's Ward and Fontana, I now am able to display it.
All good things must come to an end. But, where there are endings, there are also new beginnings, and the start of a new era. I am confident that this isn't my last "Whoosh, Cecil!!!"
