Football: The BYU Kind
In honor of BYE-WEEK, I choose to right about FOOTBALL: The BYU kind.
So, BYU is 4 and 0. Will they go undefeated this year? My bold prediction is that they will. They are doing really great so far, or at least mediocre in some of their games, some coming pretty close for comfort. The four teams that BYU has already played are UCONN, Texas, Houston, and Virginia. Out of all the games thus far, I've only been able to watch the Texas game, which was a key win because Texas is a well known team, at least to me. I will forever hold in memory the Texas Longhorns and holding your hand up and making the sign of
the bull.
Fortunately, due to advancing technology, I've been able to follow the other three games using my ESPN Sportscenter App on my phone.
Now that I think about it, my whole family, parents included, are all BYU Football Fans. My brother is probably the number one BYU fan. He is the most knowledgeable of basic football facts and stats and knows more than 3 people on the team. I can name a couple:
Taysom Hill # 4, Quarterback

Jamaal Williams (J-swag daddy) # 21 runningback,

Jordan Leslie #9

Mitch Matthews #10

Adam Hine;

And that's about it. I knew two from last year:
#2 Cody Hoffman

#3 Kyle Van Noy

I do hope we go undefeated because I really dislike seeing negative emotion from my brother. A perfect season would just be extraordinary, and if BYU can do it, that would be AWESOME.
The "Countdown to Connecticut" that BYU Sportsnation #BYUSN put on was exciting.
Football season is amazing. Counting down to any game makes life fun. Seeing touchdowns, witnessing great returns, and watching stupendous runs makes watching BYU football worth it.
I love my cougars, Alma Mater-make me proud.
Rise all loyal Cougars and hurl your challenge to the foe.
We will fight, day or night, rain or snow.
Loyal, strong, and true
Wear the white and blue.
While we sing, get set to spring.
Come on Cougars it's up to you. Oh!
Chorus:
Rise and shout, the Cougars are out
along the trail to fame and glory.
Rise and shout, our cheers will ring out
As you unfold your victr'y story.
On you go to vanquish the foe for Alma Mater's sons and daughters.
As we join in song, in praise of you, our faith is strong.
We'll raise our colors high in the blue
And cheer our Cougars of BYU.
Ra Ra, Ra Ra Ra, Ra Ra, Ra Ra Ra
Ra Ra, Ra Ra Ra
GO Cougars!
